I Provide Marriage and Family therapy and counseling for Individuals, Couples, Families, Adolescents, and Children.

Life is unpredictable, and can influence how we feel about ourselves, our families and friends, and about the world in general. Knowing and believing that our emotional health and well being can be nurtured, and that healing from pain, shame, neglect, fear, and isolation is possible, can make the difference in having hope instead of hopelessness. Knowing someone cares about our fears and anxieties can make a difference in our willingness to “try”.The therapeutic process can provide a path that empowers one to overcome issues that interfere in making positive choices and having positive relationships. My goal is to support people to make changes and choices that strengthen their sense of wellness and that offer serenity.

I have worked with individuals, families, blended families, couples, teens, and children in a variety of settings that include Outpatient clinics, residential programs, schools, foster care programs, community based programs, and private practice.

My current practice is located at 3137 Dwight Road Suite 600, Elk Grove, CA 95758
